You might end up moving this, Rihays, and that's totally okay. Because we might end up including the followers/peeps.
I got a message on Tumblr this morning:

Greetings! I'm Denise Vultee, a lecturer in Communication at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. My paper on the Gallifreyan language was recently accepted for publication in a forthcoming book on Doctor Who fan phenomena, to be published by Intellect Books (Bristol, UK). I would like if possible to include an illustration of Collective Gallifreyan. Whom should I contact for permission?
And I sent this message in return:

Hi! Permissions can get very complicated, especially since the project has 20+ contributors. I'll make it simple: The writing system was created by Jasmine (who is no longer part of the project) and I, so I give you full permission. For legal paperwork, you can email me at [email redacted]. If you want exclusive illustrations, the contributors and I will be happy to provide them.
This is obviously HUGE. If you like, once I get an email back, I can put you (and other contributors) in touch with Denise. (Shit I should have mentioned how to contact other contributors earlier. I'm such a dickhead. Ugh.)
